Single pickup with volume pot only wiring diagram
This is the most common way to wire a single volume potentiometer for your one pickup only guitars (like a Tom Delonge Stratocaster wiring diagram would be). No switch, no tone.
Single pickup with volume and tone combined push-pull
This is how I wire a push pull potentiometer (DPDT) to allow for both volume and tone controls but with just one pot – so your single pickup guitar can have a single knob.
